EEE DEPARTMENT DEBATE - 11 July 2023

The debate was organised over whether social media is causing more harm than good for mental health. While social media platforms offer many benefits, such as connecting people across the globe and providing a platform for sharing information and ideas, there is growing concern that excessive social media use may be having negative effects on mental health. This debate raises important questions about the role of social media in our lives and the potential impact on our mental health, and highlights the need for thoughtful consideration of our social media use and its impact on our well-being.
